Pusat Prestasi Nasional (Puspresnas), under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, is fully supporting the Pucuk Cool Jam 2024 event to nurture young talents in Indonesia. - Pucuk Cool Jam is not just a competition but a platform to develop talents in a professionally curated manner, involving rigorous selection of high school students (SMA/SMK) from across Indonesia. This initiative aims to strengthen Indonesia’s position in producing high-achieving generations across various fields. - The curation process of Pucuk Cool Jam 2024 adheres to Puspresnas guidelines, emphasizing comprehensive evaluation criteria including utility, competition, and event quality. By meeting these standards, the event is registered in the National Talent Management Information System (SIMT) under Puspresnas. - In collaboration with Teh Pucuk Harum, the event provides students with the opportunity to showcase their best potential, aligning with Puspresnas’ vision to facilitate national youth in competing internationally. Renowned mentors from the music and dance industry conducted intensive training as part of the program. - The theme for Pucuk Cool Jam 2024, ‘Bawa Mimpimu Sampai ke Pucuk’ (Bring Your Dreams to the Peak), reflects the spirit of collaboration between the government and the private sector in cultivating talented youth. It is hoped that such initiatives will continue to inspire students to dream big and excel. - Prior to the Grand Final held at the Jakarta International Velodrome, 10 finalists from 10 major cities in Indonesia underwent a five-day intensive training program. Winners in the Music and Dance categories received prizes designed to support their development, including cash rewards, international workshops, and professional music and dance video productions.
